E-commerce UI/UX design
Store design that looks right and is easy to shop: navigation, product pages and paths to checkout, designed around how your customers actually buy.
What it is
E-commerce design covers two things that only work together. UI is how the store looks: type, colour, imagery and detail that make products look worth buying. UX is how easy it is to use: finding the right product, understanding it, and getting to checkout without friction.
We design both at once, and the same team builds what we design. Nothing gets lost between a design file and the live store.
A good fit if
- You’re launching a new brand and need a store that explains the product
- Your store looks dated or doesn’t match your brand anymore
- Customers struggle to find products or choose between them
- Most of your visitors are on phones and the store isn’t built for them
What’s included
-
Visual direction
A look that fits the brand, from typography and colour to how products are photographed and presented.
-
Navigation and product discovery
Menus, collections and shopping paths (by style, by use, by product type) that match how people search for what you sell.
-
Product pages
A clear buy box, trust details like sizing, delivery and warranty, and reviews close to the decision.
-
Mobile-first layouts
Every page designed for phones first, where most shoppers are.
-
Key pages agreed before building
We design the homepage, collection, product and cart pages in Figma and agree on them before development starts.
-
Designed and built by the same team
The people who design your store build it, so the live store matches the design.

- 02
Map the journeys
How people arrive, browse, compare and check out, on mobile and desktop.
- 03
Design the key pages
Homepage, collection, product and cart, designed and agreed with you.
- 04
Build and refine
We build the design in Shopify and adjust details once it’s real.
Questions
Do you design in Figma?
Yes. We design the key pages in Figma and agree on them with you before building.
Can you redesign my store without rebuilding everything?
Often, yes. We can redesign the pages that matter most, such as the product page or navigation, and keep the rest.
Do you design for mobile?
Mobile first. Most shoppers browse on phones, so we design and test every page for small screens before desktop.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We use your brand as the starting point and make it work for an online store.
