Gender Reveal Ideas
An Australian gender reveal store that sells products, hire bookings and custom builds in one place, and recently had its biggest sales month since opening.
Our approach
We gave each kind of purchase its own clear path (bundles for products, a booking flow for hire, a builder for balloon arches) so nobody has to work out a rental process from a product page.
UI decisions
Celebration-first visuals, with demo videos of each reveal placed right beside the buy button.
UX decisions
A balloon arch configurator, TNT reveal booking with a rental agreement, stack-and-save bundles, location-based collections and order tracking.
Development
Custom sections for the arch builder, booking and rental flows, bundles and wholesale enquiries, built on Dawn. A Horizon rebuild is in progress.
